The Atlantic General Diabetes Center provides the convenience of coordinated treatment, education and support for individuals with diabetes and their families. Staffed by a team of specialists, including a board-certified endocrinologist, a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educators, we provide guidance regarding meal planning, physicial activity, and how prescribed medications work.

The Center also includes A1C testing and glucose interpretation, including glucometer downloads. In addition, our diabetes self management education and support program provides group and individual training on a variety of topics, including healthy eating, meal planning and physical activity, coping strategies, blood glucose monitoring, and more.
