Free Surgical Information Seminar Times:
11/6/17, 11/14/17, & 11/20/17 - 1:00 (located in Bariatric Conference room in Barrett Bldg on 2nd floor). The insurance & clinical requirements of our surgical bariatric
program will be discussed.
***Please note*** Schedules permitting, our surgeons will speak at the first 2 seminars
of the month

offered every 2nd Monday of each month from 6:30-7:30 in Berlin (124 North Main Street).
Topics for these vary. In Delaware they are held on the 4th Monday of the month from 5:30-6:30 in Millville (38069 Town Center Dr. Unit 15).
