Atlantic General Hospital Offers Series of Cancer Education Sessions

Beginning Tuesday, December 16, Atlantic General Hospital will begin a
free monthly cancer education series for the public. The first session,
lung cancer, will be presented by Dr. Vladimir Ioffe, a board-certified
radiation oncologist with 21st Century Oncology in Salisbury, Md.
Dr. Ioffe received his medical degree from the University Of Maryland
School Of Medicine and completed his training in radiation oncology at
the Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Va. He has special expertise
in stereotactic radiosurgery for brain metastases, head and neck cancer,
breast cancer, thyroid cancer and thoracic malignancies. Dr. Ioffe is
dedicated to a comprehensive approach in cancer management care for patients.
