Atlantic General Hospital and Health System is pleased to introduce the
two newest members of their medical staff to the Pocomoke community. David
Reeder, M.D., is a board certified pulmonologist and internist. Reeder
is looking forward to providing the pulmonary care and other related medical
services needed by area residents. Joining him is Deborah Conran, D.O.,
who is board certified in family medicine and specializes in care for
the entire family.
“We are extremely pleased to be able to offer such an outstanding
tandem of medical professionals to the Pocomoke community,” said
Jonathan Cook, vice president of practice administration at Atlantic General Hospital.
The goal of the practice will be to provide expanded and specialized medical
care services to the Lower Shore community.
“Patients will now enjoy access to medical specialties and primary
care without leaving their community,” Cook said.
Conran has been practicing family medicine in the Berlin area for the past
seven years. She received her medical education from the College of Osteopathic
Medicine in Des Moines, Iowa, and completed her family medicine residency
training at Florida Hospital East Orlando. She is board certified in family
medicine and will provide primary care for the entire family.
Prior to joining Atlantic General Health System, Reeder practiced with
Peninsula Pulmonary Associates, where he specialized in out patient and
inpatient medicine and sleep studies. He is a graduate of the University
of Maryland’s School of Medicine and completed his residency and
internship in internal medicine at the University of Maryland Medical
System. Reeder also completed a combined residency in emergency and internal
medicine there, as well as a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care
medicine. He is board certified in critical care medicine, pulmonary medicine
and internal medicine.
