Thursday, March 1
Guided Imagery and Chasing Away the Winter Blues

Atlantic General Hospital Conference Room #1; 6 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Each class will contain an overview of symptoms of stress, anxiety or depression and behavioral ways to diminish these symptoms and the experience of one or more guided imagery exercises.
